Design Process:

• Alternative Plans: At least two different design alternatives will be prepared. Each alternative will be presented with 3D visuals and detailed drawings.
• Material List: A detailed list of all materials used will be created.
• BOQ Preparation: A Bill of Quantities (BOQ) will be prepared for each material.

Implementation Process:

• Existing Site Measurements: Measurements of the existing site will be taken meticulously.
• Site Management: Site management and oversight of all stages of construction will be ensured with our team.
