Planning

• At least 2 alternative plans will be prepared.
• The plans will encompass different design approaches and functionalities.
• A detailed description and visual presentation will be prepared for each plan.

Visualization

• Three-dimensional visuals of the design will be created.
• The visuals will be presented from different angles and realistically.
• The visuals will clearly show all the details and materials of the design.

Technical Details

• All details of the design will be drawn.
• The drawings will be scaled and technically accurate.
• Sections, details, and assembly plans will also be included in the drawings.

Material List

• A list of all materials used will be prepared.
• The list will include the name, quantity, technical specifications, and source of each material.

Cost Calculation

• A Bill of Quantities (BOQ) will be prepared for all materials in the design.
• The BOQ will show the cost of each material and the total project cost.

Measurement

• If designing for an existing site, detailed measurements of the site will be taken.
• The measurements will ensure that the design fits the site accurately.
